The Food Marketing MBA allows you to gain insights from a traditional MBA with an intense industry focus. You will take four business core courses and eight food-industry-focused courses, including the required food marketing strategy, food marketing research and capstone courses.

The Food Marketing MBA offers students the flexibility to choose the format that works best for their schedule and learning style. We offer both an online or on campus format in this program. The on-campus courses are held on one Friday and one Saturday during the eight-week class, with the remainder of the work is completed outside of the class. The online format meets virtually one night a week during the eight-week course and the remainder of the work is completed on your own time. Work at your own pace by choosing one, two or three courses per term.
