Visiting Scholars

Saint Joseph’s University welcomes the outside perspectives and academic enrichment that visiting scholars and faculty bring, and we foster collaboration with colleagues in a variety of fields from across the country and internationally.

Visitors may come to Saint Joseph's for a variety of reasons, whether to conduct research, to observe new techniques, to deliver a seminar series, or to consult.

International Visitors

Saint Joseph's University is designated by the United States' Department of State as an Exchange Visitor Program, and is authorized to host visitors in the following J-1 categories:

  • College/University Student
  • Professor
  • Research Scholar
  • Short-Term Researcher
