Director of Scientific Programs and Inclusion Initiatives with Philadelphia Eagles Autism Foundation. I oversee the research and community grant process, as well as ensure all Eagles events are inclusive. This includes All Abilities Youth football clinics, Cheer Clinics, game day staff employment program and more.

The Kinney Center for Autism Education and Support prepared me for the field as a young adult. I was able to gain experience working with individuals on the spectrum and their families before graduation and can now apply these skills in my career.

Hosting a sensory-friendly COVID-19 vaccination clinic during the pandemic at Lincoln Financial Field. With training, private suite spaces, visual schedule resources and support, our Eagles team was able to provide the environment for medical professionals to vaccinate over 1,000 individuals who may not have otherwise been able to successfully receive the vaccine.

Too many to just pick one! I am inspired by the many women especially in the sports, healthcare and business world that are paving the way for the future.

Like many other individuals, adjusting to the changes in my role with the pandemic. Going from many in-person events to a virtual world was a challenging adjustment, but important!
