- Support Project Management related activities related to the implementation of an advanced meter technology solution
- Manage project reporting, risk mitigation, and critical milestone tracking throughout program deployment
- Execute a robust change management plan and facilitate organizational change as required to fully integrate AMI in the ways of working and to provide ongoing support as necessary throughout the deployment
- Support regulatory filings, reporting, and data request responses related to smart metering infrastructure
- Develop outreach strategies for a successful adoption of AMI capabilities across National Grid and for our customers.
- Contribute to the establishment of robust communication networks across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups and create formal information exchanges among these groups including reporting

My internship with the company encouraged me to apply for the company's graduate development program for recently graduated students. My education and internship sparked a desire in me to learn more detail on the energy distribution and transmission processes. My prior experience with the company exposed me to the most collaborative and supportive work environments I had ever been a part of.

My education at Saint Joseph's allowed me to understand how cross-functional the workplace is. As a human resource major, environmental studies minor soon set to begin my first job in the regulated energy industry I know my courses to learn technical skills will only be as important as how I care and collaborate with whoever enters my path. My education allowed me to learn unique skills like Geographical Information Systems (GIS), but also create a holistic understanding of subjects like of American environmental history and linguistics in legal language. My capstones in business strategic management and human resource management brought together so many overarching themes from my business and Jesuit education that aspire my professional goals to specialize in clean energy solutions.

I participated in two internships in the utility & energy sector throughout my time as a student at Saint Joseph's. I interned for Comcast NBC Universal HQ in downtown Philadelphia as the Campus Operations Intern for all five of their Center City locations. In this role I conducted occupancy audits, assisted in equipment preparations for employee relocations, and completed capital project invoices for many general contracting services. I also interned for National Grid Energy as their Advanced Metering Infrastructure(AMI) Intern. In this experience, I helped support business and organizational design and the sharing of solutions options and internal capabilities for the purposes of cross-functional strategic objectives in preparation for this clean energy infrastructure to be passed for state regulatory approval.

I studied abroad in Madrid, Spain at Saint Louis University for the Fall 2019 semester. This experience allowed me to fully embrace myself in a new culture and take unique classes that correlate to the environment and history of Spain. I took an environmental science and a oceanography course that sparked my interest to work in energy and even allowed me to scuba in the Mediterranean. My experience abroad was the best choice I made for myself to grow personally and professionally in my education.
