I am an associate HR Consultant at Converge HR Solutions, where I work directly with C-suite and management to help lead the company in the right direction from a business and employee perspective.
How did you first learn about or get connected to your current position/opportunity?
I graduated from graduate school at Villanova University after getting my B.S. from SJU. I applied for positions in the middle of the pandemic, only to end up with an incredible job almost 5 months after graduation.
How did your SJU education impact your position or professional goals?
SJU taught me to always lead with compassion and ethics, and to question sources of information. It shaped the kind of employee I am today at my current job.
Did you participate in any experiential learning activities (internship, co-op, study abroad, etc.) while at SJU?
I had a few internships outside of SJU that I found through the years.
