The two-year fellowship at Johnson and Johnson offers unique experiences that enable fellows to advance and apply skills across industry and payer settings. The fellow will spend 2 years in Medical Communications, formerly Medical Information and Knowledge Integration (MIKI), working closely with both the Therapeutic Area (Immunology or Solid Tumor Oncology) as well as Medical Information Payer & Health Systems. Additionally, the fellow will have an 8-12 week external rotation in pharmacy benefit management.
In the Medical Communications Therapeutic Area component, the fellow will hone skills in critiquing and communicating complex scientific information to a variety of audiences, including internal business partners and externally with consumers, healthcare professionals, and healthcare decision makers (HCDMs).
The Payer & Health Systems component provides advanced skill training in an emerging area focused on meeting the needs of payers, health systems, and clinical decision resource organizations (CDROs) such as compendia and value framework organizations.
