The Biotherapeutic Drug Product & Clinical Trial Development fellowship program provides the fellow with a unique opportunity to spend time developing new modalities and technologies within the Drug Product Development & Delivery function of Johnson & Johnson. In this position, the fellow will spend the bulk of their time performing research focused on the development and delivery of protein, cell, and gene therapies. Fellows will be immersed in a collaborative team of scientists, engineers, and pharmacists performing hands-on experimentation related to the manufacture, design, and delivery of such therapies.
During the clinical trial development portion of the program, the fellow will work alongside a Trial Delivery Leader to plan and execute clinical trials. In this function, the fellow will collaborate within a cross-functional group of study physicians, scientists, and trial leaders to help drive the successful delivery of their assigned global clinical trial in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.

The two-year fellowship at Johnson and Johnson offers unique experiences that enable fellows to advance and apply skills across industry and payer settings. The fellow will spend 2 years in Medical Communications, formerly Medical Information and Knowledge Integration (MIKI), working closely with both the Therapeutic Area (Immunology or Solid Tumor Oncology) as well as Medical Information Payer & Health Systems. Additionally, the fellow will have an 8-12 week external rotation in pharmacy benefit management.

This two-year fellowship in Immunology at Johnson & Johnson offers unique experiences that enable the fellow to advance and apply skills primarily in Medical Communications (formerly Medical Information and Knowledge Integration) as well as across various other roles within Medical Affairs including Scientific Communications, MSL Communications, U.S. Medical Affairs Therapeutic Area, and Real-World Value & Evidence. The fellow may also have the opportunity to support Medical Information booths at national medical conferences and gain field experience by shadowing a Medical Science liaison, based upon availability.
The two-year Medical Affairs fellowship in Hematologic Malignancies at Johnson & Johnson offers unique rotational experiences that enable the fellow to advance and apply skills across various roles including Medical and Scientific Communications, Medical Excellence, and Real-World Value & Evidence. The fellow may also have the opportunity to gain field experience by shadowing a Medical Science liaison, based upon availability.
