Organizational Development and Change Certificate

This Organizational Development and Change Certificate is designed to meet the needs of working professionals in the field seeking to advance their careers. Courses in the certificate program are fully online, making it easy to connect with your professors and classmates, and provide flexibility for the working student.

Designed for busy professionals, the Organization Development and Change Certificate is primarily offered as an online program, with a selection of on-campus courses. Our evening classes are small and designed for professionals looking to create connections with their classmates and professors.

Through Saint Joseph’s 4+1 program, current undergraduate students with any major offered by the Haub School of Business can start earning credits toward their Certificate Organizational Development and Change degree during their senior year. This unique option allows you to graduate with two degrees — a bachelor’s in business and a certificate in organization development and change — in just five years, saving you time and money. Students interested in this program should apply to the graduate program in their junior year and be provisionally accepted before they complete their bachelor’s degree.

Class sizes are small and offer interactive experiences with engaging and challenging projects and activities designed to enhance your education and prepare you for the leadership of the future. ​​This program would help students interested in the human side of business and organizations, developing knowledge, skills, and abilities in the crucial areas of organizational development and organizational change.

To be considered for admission you must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and have earned an undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
