Applied Investment Analysis Certificate
The applied investment analysis certificate can be completed as a standalone certificate to add to your resume, or as a stackable certificate as part of our MBA or Master of Finance programs. Whether you enroll in the certificate on its own or stack it as part of a graduate degree, you will receive a certificate credential that can be added to your resume.
You will take the following courses:
- FIN 550 Shareholder Value Management *
- FIN 575 Fundamental Financial Analysis
- FIN 610 Security Analysis
- FIN 613 Applied Investment Management
*You must complete FIN 550, the first course of the certificate, before you can take the remaining higher-level finance certificate courses. This course is a prerequisite for the remaining courses of the certificate.

The program requires completion of 12 credits with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher in Saint Joseph's University courses.
