Available Resources
If you work in a state that authorizes medical cannabis, you need to be prepared to guide patients through medical cannabis use, including its benefits and risks. The Substance Use Disorders Institute provides leading in-person and online resources dedicated to educating today’s healthcare professionals.
In addition to the resources below, we’re developing several new courses, including lectures and webinars on how to navigate the new medical cannabis programs, the disease states that qualify for medical cannabis cards, the risks of inappropriate use, including addiction, and how to effectively integrate this education into your practice.
