Kiersten White, EdD serves as President McConnell’s Chief of Staff, leading trustee engagement and supporting major strategic initiatives across the University.
Dr. White was most recently assistant vice president for health and well-being – her fifth role at the University since she began working in the Division of Student Life in 2004. She has led the University’s Counseling and Psychological Services, Student Health Center and Student Support and Well-being initiatives. Dr. White previously oversaw the Office of Community Standards, and acted as a chief liaison and confidante for leadership in Student Life as the University grew to include three locations and a multitude of new student needs.
A triple Hawk–meaning she has earned all three of her degrees at Saint Joseph’s – Dr. White earned her BS in sociology in 2003, her MS in training and organizational development in 2006 and her EdD in 2013. Her deep commitment to the University’s Jesuit mission is evidenced by her completion of the AJCU Ignatian Colleagues Program and Ignatian Leadership Seminar.
