Robert Haftl received his Master's in Social Work in 2018 from West Chester University. Before working at the Kinney Center, Robert worked as a therapist within Laurel Life Behavioral Services assisting youth clients and their families with educational, behavioral, and mental health concerns. He has provided youth with Family, Group, and Individualized therapeutic interventions to best meet their specific needs. In addition, Robert is a strong advocate for his clients, empowering them and assisting them in navigating educational and community resources. Robert's philosophy is that the best approach to creating effective and meaningful growth is that from a personal perspective, and values creating a collaborative approach when working with staff and clients alike.
Robert joined the Kinney Center in 2021 as Assistant Director of College Autism Support in the ASPIRE program. Robert hopes he can be a great asset for creating equitable and effective growth for each student and family within the ASPIRE Program, and is looking forward to seeing Kinney Center's continued growth while assisting families and students served.
