Ways to Support Kinney
Make a Gift
The Kinney Center is able to fulfill our mission thanks to the generosity of St. Joe's alumni, Kinney families and members of our community. If you are passionate about ensuring individuals with autism live independent and fulfilling lives make a donation online today or write a check to “The Kinney Center for Autism” and mail it to: Kinney Center for Autism 5600 City Ave Philadelphia PA 19131.
Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC)
Turn your PA tax payments into a future of independence for someone with autism. It's easy through your employer's Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program! EITC is a way for companies to direct tax dollars to non-profit Educational Improvement Organizations (EIO).
When your employer supports The Kinney Center for Autism Education and Support at Saint Joseph's University, they are helping transitional aged youth with autism identify a path to independence. For some this may mean college, for others vocation, but for everyone, it means a future of dignity as contributing members to society. Their journey to an independent future begins with an EITC donation. For more information, please contact Victoria Priest at (610) 660-2178 or Madalina Veres at (610) 660-2311.
United Way
Is your company a part of the United Way Campaign? If so, you can designate your gift to the Kinney Center for Autism Education and Support at Saint Joseph's University.
Select designation 49108 to make an impact on autism through the Kinney Center: social skills development, family resources and support, summer camp, after-school programs, college preparation, recreational opportunities, and education for professionals and undergraduates.
If your company runs a workplace campaign and you wish to make a pledge that will be counted towards that campaign, please contact Sienna Green of the United Way at 215-665-2610. The Kinney Center staff is also happy to visit your organization to present to employees about selecting the Kinney Center and the impact of your support. To arrange a presentation email Theresa McFalls at or call 610-660-2183.
