Summarized in the sections below are the details of the estimated costs of attendance for the program. Tuition and Fees are those that will appear on your Saint Joseph’s tuition bill, and are required to be paid to the University. Other Costs include other necessary expenses and will vary, such as books and supplies.
The summaries are projected costs for the class entering in Fall 2024. The University Administration reserves the right to make changes in tuition, fees, and food and housing charges. Other costs are also subject to change. Diagnostic instrument and supply costs are dependent on personal selection of equipment. The cost for transportation and housing during clinical rotations in the second year of the program (as noted in the Other Costs section below) will vary based on the location of the assigned rotations and is not included in this estimate.
Students should also note that certain insurance claims may not be covered by University Health Insurance, and some out-of-pocket expenses may occur. Saint Joseph's University has a policy that addresses student exposure to infectious and environmental hazards. These clearly address procedures for care and treatment after exposure and clearly define financial responsibility. Students may have financial responsibility as it pertains to this policy. Please review the related policy: A3.08A Infectious and Environmental Hazards Prevention Policy and A3.08B and C Sharps and Infectious Disease Post Exposure Policies and Procedures for more information.
