Submit Your Final Transcript
Reach out to your school counselor to let them know you’re coming to Saint Joseph’s University and have them send your final high school transcript, with your date of graduation, to us.
Request Transfer Credits
You can submit a request to transfer college-level coursework by Aug. 1, 2025. To have AP or IB credits applied to your record, order official transcripts from the testing agency to be sent to Saint Joseph’s.
In May, you will be able to start completing your summer tasks through The Nest. It's important to keep on top of the due dates for these tasks to ensure a seamless transition to Hawk Hill in the fall. Your checklist items will include:

Attend Summer Orientation
Our two-day orientation experience is for students and parents/guardians to become immersed in the St. Joe’s community. Registration will open in May on The Nest.
Select Your Housing
Housing selection for the 2025-26 academic year will take place in July. You will learn more about housing options and the selection process during summer orientation.
Register for Fall Courses
You will register for fall classes online in July based on your school or intended major. Additional information, your assigned registration day/time and registration resources will be shared in June.

Now is the time to review your financial aid award or to complete your 2025-26 FAFSA if you haven’t already. You can learn about all available financing and billing options, including payment plans and alternative loans.
Fall tuition bills are posted in July and are due August 15. Tuition bills are sent to the student’s SJU email address and any parent/ guardian email(s) added by the student.
