What is Workday?

Workday is an enterprise resource planning system that brings together a wide range of Human Resources and Financial Management functionality into one single, inclusive system. Workday now houses our employee records, payroll, and benefits. The system promotes employee autonomy by putting access and information into employees’ hands, allowing for extensive self-service functionality. Workday will provide process efficiencies across the University, empower our community to make timely strategic decisions, and offer effective tools to improve how we operate as a higher-ed institution.

Workday Recruit & Talent

Candidate applications, hiring, and staff performance reviews will all be moved into Workday. Collaborative efforts to implement this new system will provide all employees and prospective candidates with a more modern, transparent, and efficient hiring and performance experience.
