The Office of the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer is committed to assisting faculty, staff, and administrators with information related to services for services at Saint Joseph's University:
Finance
Accounts Payable
Responsible for processing disbursements of the University and ensure that University policies and procedures are followed.
Budget & Financial Planning
Responsible for oversight of the University’s operating and capital budgets, as well as the University’s multi-year financial plan.
Visit Budget & Financial Planning
Controller's Office
Ensure the stewardship and management of the University's finances through effective and efficient accounting processes, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures.
Payroll
Provides timely and accurate compensation as well as knowledgeable information to all faculty, professional staff and student employees.
Procurement
Responsible for the timely and efficient acquisition of goods and services to ensure that both the educational and business goals of the University are met while maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.
