Request A Space
Faculty, staff and students may request space at Hawk Hill, University City, and Lancaster for their upcoming events and programs.
Classroom requests can be made through the classroom request form available in Coursedog.
For meeting, event, athletic, and outdoor spaces, please utilize the meeting and event space form. Please include setup information in your initial request in the event description section of the form.
Requests that do not require a setup can be made up to 3 days in advance, while those needing a specific setup must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event.
