Sanction Compliance
Overview
Students: The instructions and expectations for required sanctions are included in your outcome letter. It is your responsibility to know the deadlines and complete your sanctions on time or request an extension. If you have any questions, please contact the Hearing Officer on your outcome letter or the Office of Community Standards directly.
Payment of Social Fines
To submit payment for a fine online, please visit this page. Follow the instructions that appear for the online marketplace. Remember, will you need the Incident Report Number from the incident in which the social fine is sanctioned. This number should be provided in your outcome letter. If you would prefer an alternative method of payment, please contact the Office of Community Standards at 610-660-1046 or Campion Student Center, Room 247. The Office of Community Standards cannot accept cash or check payments in our office.

Community Clean-Up
Community Clean-Up Days take place throughout the academic year as a service opportunity open to both on-campus and off-campus students. Taking time to ensure our neighborhood is clean and beautiful is important and is a valuable service to our neighbors. If you are sanctioned to participate in a Community Clean-Up Day, please register here.
Community Living Class
Community Living is a one-hour interactive class, hosted by the Office of Community Standards. This class will discuss the University’s surrounding community, and the impact parties can have on important relationships between students/university and neighbors. Participants will reflect on their role as good neighbors, discuss liability issues with owning/renting properties off-campus, risk reduction methods (especially regarding alcohol use) should they choose to host guests in the future, and ways to give back to the neighborhood in which they live. IMPACT Class
IMPACT Class is an hour-long interactive class, designed to assist each participant in reflecting on the impact of their choices and behaviors on themselves, their peers and their community. IMPACT utilizes a harm reduction approach in addressing alcohol concerns and provides participants with numerous effective strategies to reduce the risks associated with alcohol for the safety of the entire community. INFLUENCE Class
INFLUENCE CLASS is a one-hour interactive class, designed to assist each participant in reflecting on the influences of their peers on behaviors relating to drug use. INFLUENCE utilizes a harm reduction approach in addressing marijuana concerns and educates participants on the risks associated with marijuana use for the safety of the entire community. VALUES IN ACTION (VIA) Class
VALUES IN ACTION (VIA) Class is a one-hour interactive class, hosted by the Office of Community Standards and the Office of Student Outreach & Support. This class will encourage participants to reflect on their personal values, societal values and institutional values. Through their engagement and designed activities, participants will articulate how they use their values to contribute to the University community and how their decisions may impact the University community. All participants will use the information they learn through attending VIA to reflect and create an action plan for their personal decision-making in the future.
