Yoga in the Museum


Classes are Monday and Wednesday 

(unless SJU is closed)

5 to 5:45pm

  • Monday: STILL YOGA

This class is a series of poses that will help stabilize muscles from the ground up to develop balance and proper alignment. It is suitable for students at any level of experience.

  • Wednesday:  GENTLE YOGA

Gentle yoga is a slower paced yoga with an emphasis on flexibility and lower impact movement. Standing poses will serve to warm the body up in order to settle into the body on the mat. The class concludes with meditation and yoga breath work. Modifications provided to suit all levels of students.
