Art Vallely

Vallely became President of Penske Truck Leasing in 2019. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President starting in mid-2006. Along the line, he added vehicle management responsibilities, which includes vehicle supply, vehicle remarketing and non-vehicle procurement. He joined Penske in 1992 as an Area Rental Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Area, and ascended to district manager roles in Landover, MD and North Bergen, NJ. In 2000, Vallely was named General Manager for Penske Utility Rental, and became Vice President – Commercial Rental in 2001. Vallely earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from College of St. Joseph in Rutland, VT.
Rina Desai

Rina is focused on enterprise clients and large scale technology deployments. Rina has extensive experience in SAP functional support, process improvement, consulting, and leading deployment teams. Prior to joining Eigen X, Rina held positions at AmeriGas as a SAP Senior Process Analyst, Tata Consulting Services and SMART Business Consulting. Rina has worked on projects in the Utilities, Telecommunications, Non-Profit, Higher Education and Pharmaceutical industries. Rina holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor's in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University. In her spare time, Rina enjoys cooking, trying new food and wine, yoga, and traveling with her family and friends.
Robert Almond Jr.

Rob Almond is the CEO of NEST, the pioneer of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) in North America since 1994. Since taking over leadership of NEST Rob has led the charge to bring industry-leading software solutions to both NEST clients and service providers. Rob’s direction and guidance in developing the Integrated Facilities Management enterprise-wide solution has brought new offerings to clients including best-in-class business and financial analytics that help drive true cost savings. Rob attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University MBA program.
Melissa Pomilio

Melissa currently serves as the Corporate Senior Director of Integrated Program Management at Sierra Nevada Corporation. Previously, she held roles as Director of Program Management and Senior Program Manager within the same organization. Prior to her tenure at Sierra Nevada Corporation, Melissa accumulated 16 years of experience at AAI Corporation and also worked at Boeing. She holds a Master of Science degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics from SJU. With expertise in program management and systems engineering, Melissa Pomilio brings a wealth of experience in leading and directing complex projects within the aerospace and defense industry.
Amanda Bailey

Amanda is a recent graduate of Saint Joseph’s with majors in both Finance and Business Intelligence & Analytics. She became interested in and ultimately came to love data analytics and visualization through various mentoring, co-op, work study, and contracting opportunities during her tenure as an undergraduate student. Post graduation, Amanda now supports the Consumer Products team at AmerisourceBergen by providing reporting and valuable analytical insights that enable the team to deliver meaningful healthcare products and solutions to customers worldwide.
Jeannie Terry

Solutions oriented and highly analytical candidate with 18 years experience in the design, analysis, development and management of Business Intelligence Solutions across diverse industries. Demonstrated excellence in gathering requirements from the user for new or updated Reporting tools or Data Warehouses and translating them into database and report requirements. Skilled at data mining, conceptualizing, and developing automated solutions which can be deployed to ultimately increase the overall productivity of the company. Sainath Muvva

Sainath Muvva is an experienced Data Engineer with over 12 years of IT experience, with hands-on expertise in the Apache Hadoop ecosystem and Big Data analytics. He worked in Big Tech Companies and has multiple publications and awards under his belt.
Michael Marzano

Michael Marzano is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Food Marketing at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA where he brings over 30 years’ experience in the food and CPG industry to the classroom. Mike has held leadership roles across the food supply chain with major companies including Cadbury, Kraft Foods, Mondelez International, and Sysco. Throughout his career, Mike has had success developing creative approaches to learning, including the ability to stimulate interest, curiosity and engagement around data and analytics leading to data-driven process improvement. He has delivered improvements and efficiencies across Category Management, Shopper Insights, Retail Execution and Supply-Chain initiatives.
Neil Desnoyers

Neil Desnoyers is an Adjunct Professor in the Decision and System Sciences Department in the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University. He has most recently been teaching undergrad MIS classes. In addition, and since 2017, Neil has served as an elected member of his local school board (Upper Darby School District). In addition to his school board service, Neil served as Volunteer Assistant Leader of the Beverly Hills Middle School Mathematics Club from January 2021 through June 2022. Neil holds an MS in Decision Sciences and an MBA from Drexel University and earned an undergraduate degree in Architecture.
Jarrett Hurms

Jarrett Hurms is an Adjunct Professor of Decision & System Sciences for the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University. Currently, he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Data Visualization, Data Mining, Master Data Management, R Programming, and Business Statistics. Jarrett also serves as a Principal Consultant with Analytica Solutions, where he develops analytical solutions for small businesses and non-profits, focusing on areas like data visualization, statistical modeling, data quality management, and more. Additionally, Jarrett holds the role of Resident Statistician and Research Project Manager with the Institute of Clinical Bioethics at SJU, managing various public health research projects alongside a remarkable team of graduate and undergraduate students. His professional and academic expertise includes data visualization, data quality, enterprise data management, ethics in large-scale data management, emerging technologies, generative AI in banking and finance, applied predictive analytics, and process improvement. In his free time, Jarrett enjoys running, photography, playing with his dog, and attending analytics conferences. He holds an MS in Applied Mathematics from UNC Charlotte, an MS in Business Intelligence & Analytics from Saint Joseph’s University, and a BS in Economics and Mathematics from SJU. Soon, Jarrett will begin pursuing a Ph.D. in Risk & Decision Analytics (with an interdisciplinary minor in Applied Mathematics) at Kennesaw State University.
