PHILADELPHIA (Dec. 21, 2012)- The College of Professional and Liberal Studies at Saint Joseph’s University is addressing the rapidly growing need for certified, educated and compassionate professionals to care for those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) by gaining the approval of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc. ® (BACB), for its unique online autism studies certificate and concentration with the Department of Health Services.
The College of Professional and Liberal Studies (CPLS) at Saint Joseph’s University has relaunched the former Early Responders Distance Learning Center (ERDLC) as the newly enhanced Center for Domestic Leadership and Preparedness (CDLP) to better meet the demands both regionally and nationally to prevent and respond to disasters of all kinds.
Saint Joseph’s University’s College of Professional and Liberal Studies (CPLS) has expanded its SJU Professional continuing education division by offering not-for-credit online courses through a new partnership with Ed2Go. A leader in adult enrichment education, this partnership will allow CPLS to dynamically offer a variety of continuing education courses each semester.
PHILADELPHIA (March 7, 2012)– Saint Joseph’s University and Cumberland County College (CCC) now support a dual admissions partnership. The agreement allows students at the two-year school based in Vineland, N.J., to transfer to complete a four-year degree through Saint Joseph’s University College of Professional and Liberal Studies (CPLS).

Martin, S.J., author and culture editor of America,the national Catholic, Jesuit magazine, and Gregory J. Boyle, S.J., founder and executive director of Homeboy Industries of Los Angeles, the largest gang intervention and re-entry program in the nation, at the University’s 2012 Commencement ceremonies, which are set for Saturday, May 12.
