Real Estate CEOs to Look at What Lies Ahead

PHILADELPHIA (Oct. 13, 2011) - Three of the biggest names in Philadelphia-area real estate will take part in a breakfast and a panel discussion titled “The Current (and Future) State of Affairs in Local Residential Real Estate" at Saint Joseph’s University on Thursday, Oct. 27.
Hosted by Saint Joseph’s Real Estate and Construction Alumni Chapter, the event will feature panelists Lawrence F. Flick IV, CEO of Prudential Fox & Roach, Gerard F. Griesser, president of The Trident Group, and Joel L. Naroff, president and founder of Naroff Economic Advisors. The trio will provide an insider’s look at local residential real estate and assess current and future trends that may drive development in the next decade.
The program, which begins at 8:30 a.m., will be moderated by Chris Rosati ’81, senior vice president and chief operating officer of The Trident Group, and include remarks from Tony Nichols ’67, chairman emeritus of Brandywine Realty Trust. The event, which gets under way with a networking breakfast at 8 a.m., will be held in the Haub Executive Center located on the 5th Floor of SJU’s McShain Hall. The cost is $20 for SJU Alumni/Friends, $10 for Young Alumni/Friends (2001-2011) and $5 for Faculty/Staff/Students.
