    PHILADELPHIA (June 24, 2010) – Two sophomores from Saint Joseph's University have earned critical language awards that will allow them to study foreign languages and cultures abroad. Paul Orner, an Asian Studies and International Relations major, has been awarded a scholarship from the U.S. Department of State to study Mandarin in China.
