A Fitness Assessment will measure the following aspects of your health and fitness: Body weight, blood pressure, cardiovascular condition (resting and exercise heart rate and performance), body composition, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. The objective of the assessment is to give us a baseline from which to measure your performance. Subsequent assessments can provide milestones to help you evaluate your progress. After all the testing is completed the fitness instructor will discuss your test results with you.
