  • The Neighborhoods West of 52nd Street--This area includes: Carroll Park, Cobbs Creek, Haddington, Overbrook
  • The Neighborhoods Northeast of 52nd & Market Streets--this area includes: Mantua, Belmont, East Parkside, West Parkside, Cathedral Park, Mill Creek, Dunlap 
  • The Roxborough-Manayunk Neighborhoods--This area includes: Manayunk, Roxborough, Roxborough Park/Upper Roxborough 
  • The Germantown Neighborhoods--This area includes East Falls 

    Suburban neighborhoods--This area includes: Ardmore, Bala Cynwyd, Belmont Hills, Merion, Green Hill Farms, Narberth, Penn Wynn, Wynnewood, Upper Darby

First Steps

  • Decide if you want to live alone or with a roommate

  • Choose the type of unit you want to live in:

    • A House
    • A room in a private home 
  • Research the area and unit in which you want to live 

  • Review the listings that are within your budget 

  • Choose at least 3 or more options

  • Make an appointment to view the property

  • Be on time for appointments

  • Inspect the property carefully during the daytime and at night
