St. Ignatius of Loyola was one of the most effective leaders in human history. His methods and practices allowed him to establish and lead one of the world's most successful organizations, the Society of Jesus. His leadership approach has been used in many different contexts over the past 500+ years. In this one-day conference, we invite you to Saint Joseph's University to share in the many success stories and learn how you can be a successful leader in the Ignatian way.

  • Ignatian tools and techniques to develop self-awareness as a leader
  • How to develop insight into the components of a personal discernment practice
  • Ways to practice healthy group decision-making and instill communal discernment practices
