Human Resources Assistant, Employee Benefits

Serves as administrative support to benefits including: medical, dental and vision, flexible spending and transit benefits, vacation benefits, retirement plans, tuition benefits, voluntary benefits, life event changes, and local merchant employee discounts.

Recruitment, Engagement and Retention:

Serves as a consultative business partner and stategist in employee recruitment, hiring, engagement and retention supporting search committees, coordianting ad placements, reviewing candidate selections, and facilitating the onboarding process including background checks. Oversees the new hire onboarding process including paperwork and orientation and provides support to hiring managers for the PeopleAdmin system.
