Merion Hall is the new home of the University Gallery which is under the auspice of the Art Department at Saint Joseph's University. The director of the University Gallery is Rev. Dennis McNally, SJ.

The University Gallery / Merion Hall is located just off of 355 N. Latches Lane in Lower Merion.

If you are traveling SOUTH on City Avenue, go approximately 1.8 miles from Route 76 (Schuykill Expressway). You will pass a Dunkin' Donuts on your left, then you will come to a light at 54th St./Old Lancaster Ave.  Turn right onto Old Lancaster Ave.  Make the next left onto Latches Lane.  On the left you will pass the Barnes Foundation.  Turn left into the driveway just past the Barnes' black iron fence.  There is a circular drive in front of Merion Hall.  As you enter Merion Hall, the gallery is towards the right (not a hard right) through the double doors.

If you are traveling NORTH on City Avenue, go approximately 1 mile from Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue). Pass Wendy's on your left and turn left at the light onto Old Lancaster Ave / 54th St.  Make the next left onto Latches Lane.  On the left you will pass the Barnes Foundation.  Turn left into the driveway just past the Barnes' black iron fence.  There is a circular drive in front of Merion Hall.  As you enter Merion Hall, the gallery is towards the right (not a hard right) through the double doors.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Septa's "65" and "44" busses stops at the corner of City Avenue and Old Lancaster Ave/54th St.
The Regional Rail R5 takes you to the Overbrook Station, located on City Avenue about a mile south of Old Lancaster Ave/54th Street. From there you can catch the 65 bus northbound (to Germantown) to Old Lancaster/54th St.

PARKING
There are parking lots peppered throughout campus including the area surrounding Merion Hall.  During the monthly gallery receptions, the Hawk's Landing parking garage on 54th St. will be open to the public.  See map above for directions.
