Registration Fees

 $190.00 - Before Saturday, October 1st

$240.00 - After Saturday, October 1st

Graduate Students & Emertius Professors Registration Fees

$95.00 - Before Saturday, October 1st

$120.00 - After Saturday, October 1st

 ***These fees (above) cover all meals at the Sheraton Society Hill Hotel including the Taste of Philly Dinner on Friday, November 4th. If you wish to purchase meals for your spouse or guest the options are:

  • Luncheon, Friday, November 4th - $40.00
  • Taste of Philly Dinner, Friday, November 4th - $30.00 (see invitation)
  • Luncheon, Saturday, November 5th - $30.00

Payment will be accepted at the door via cash, check, or credit card.


Miscellaneous Fees

  • Print copy of proceedings (electronic copy provided free) - $45.00

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be available for cancellations; all conference materials will be sent to person registered.

Presentation Time Changes

Any scheduling requests or registration questions, please contact Saint Joseph's University at nbea2011@sju.edu as soon as possible. Registration change requests received after October 1st will incur a $50.00 fee.
