  • Danteworlds is an imaginative and scholarly integrated multimedia journey (including images, textual commentary, and poetic readings) that complements the reading in the original Italian of Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy, showing visual representations of who and what appear where. It is just one of the fine online projects focused on the work of Italy's master poet: The Dartmouth Dante Project, The Digital Dante Project, The World of Dante, and Dante Online, which contains music and song, imaginary interviews with Dante by scholars, and much more. Sponsored by the Società Dantesca Italiana, it has English and Italian versions.
  • Matdid is a repository of instructional materials in language and culture (reading texts, exercises, tests with keys, language games) on the website “Scudit.” A variety of materials for all levels of language proficiency, uploaded weekly, are free for educational use.

    • Il Mondo in Italiano is the website of the Michigan Chapter of the Dante Alighieri Society; it offers a wide range of links (literary, cultural, political, social, commercial) to all things Italian in Italian.
