Current research interests focus on how trust, social capital and other social-psychological factors influence bank-small firms relationships and knowledge transfer within other contexts. Two book chapters and research appears in the Academy of Mangement Journal, IEEE Transaction and Engineering Management, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Management, and Venture Capital.
